Condolence: So sorry to hear of Steve's passing, and sorry to miss the memorial. I always enjoyed doing business with Steve. He was a man of high integrity and a joy to work with.

Condolence: Steve was a hard worker and a fun guy to be around! I had the pleasure of joining him and a few others on a fishing trip a year or two ago. After a long day of fishing we all hung out at the condo. To my surprise (not the others since he was known for doing this) Steve pulled out his guitar and we spent the rest of the night jamming to the old school rock n roll tunes that he played and we all sang along. That was a fun night that I will never forget.

Condolence: Steve, we were always happy to see you. Your smile, laugh and easygoing nature would warm the room, and make the day a little more fun. Even when you became ill, the only time you spoke about it was when you were feeling better. We will miss your big heart and always remember your courage.

Condolence: I worked as Steve's assistant at The Kucera Companies for 7 years. I had never been anyone's assistant, and I knew nothing about commercial real estate. Steve was an AMAZING real estate agent. At first I thought I was biased since I worked for him, however after being in the industry for a couple of years, it was obvious he shined brighter than the rest. It was a joy to hear him across the hall hammering out his deals. I would often here him call his clients and start off the conversations with, "Are you ready to Rock and Roll?" I loved that! Also, as many in the industry that called Steve know, he loved to answer his office phone on speaker, and his Texas twang say, "STAVE MCMILLON". People that didn't know him would respond, "Is your name Dave?" He'd say, "NO STAVE!" And then he would laugh at himself :)

Condolence: I enjoyed working with Steve on several deals. Great guy. Honest and Sincere.

Condolence: I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Steve at The Kucera Companies in the 90s, and even though I haven't kept in touch with him over the years, his passing saddens me greatly. Such a fun, warm guy - I don't think I'll ever forget the disaster that he called an office. Stuff piled everywhere, but when you asked him for something, he could pull it out of the middle of a stack in 2 seconds, and I stood there dumbfounded. I'm so happy our paths crossed in life, and I'm so very sad for his family that his life was cut so short so tragically. My deepest condolences.

Condolence: Steve was a man full of life who always carried a smile and a handshake. He will be remembered graciously by all his friends; especially those of us in the commercial real estate industry who had the privilege to know and work with him.

Condolence: A man among men. I stive to have as much charisma as Steve. He always took the time to help me with all the the questions I had about commercial real estate. I never felt intimidated. He always made it a point to stop by our office
at Lake Travis to see how we were all doing. Yes, he has a very infectious
smile too.

Condolence: I am very sorry to hear about Steve's passing. My thoughts go out to the family. Steve was a great person; his loud laugh could cheer up a room, he had the wonderful ability to work a room and make friends in an instant. You will be truly missed, SGM!
