Carol L. Terranella, a resident of Austin, TX for 38 years, passed away on Sunday, September 16 in her home. She was born in Scranton, PA. on July 7, 1934. Carol married her husband of 51 years, Raymond J. Terranella, on May 26, 1956 in Scranton, PA. Her interests included family, gardening and study of the Catholic faith. Carol devoted much of her time to family and interest in Catholic charities.

Carol is survived by her three sons, Raymond, Steven and Matthew of Austin; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa and Thomas Fields of Austin, and Susan and William McMorris of Del Valle; two grandchildren, Zachary and Analise Fields; her brother, Willard Wonders, of Lackawanna Co., PA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond J. Terranella.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
