Keith was my first boss, when I joined Monsanto, and what a fine 'first-boss' could anyone ever have. All of us who worked for him used to jokingly remark that we worked in the 'Okamoto University Group'! He was the most unassuming and 'unselfish' supervisor anyone could ever have had and he set the bar for the 'redeeming' qualities of a great supervisor.
