Obituary for Hazel Jones

Hazel Jones was born August 4, 1929 in Lone Grove, Texas and died at home on December 4, 2011.
Hazel graduated from Burnet High School in Burnet, Texas. She retired after 25+ years from the State Comptroller's Office, was a 50-year member of the Creedmoor Extension Homemakers Club and a 50-year and founding member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, James B. (Jim) Jones; parents, Jack and Vesta Norris; sisters, Jo Brown and Bettye Sue Voelcker.
She is survived by her daughter, Candy Jones; sons, Tom and wife, Donna and Jack and wife, Anne; grandson, Adam Jones; granddaughter, Shirley Jones; sisters, Bobbye Jean and husband, Elton Brigham, Cathryn and husband Cecil Delancey; brother, Bill and wife, Vickie Norris; great-granddaughters; numerous cousins; nieces; nephews; and many more friends and family members.
Graveside Service will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Live Oak Cemetery, Manchaca, Texas.
