Judy and family, I was very sad when I stumbled on Christal's obituary. Christal was already working in SAVERR when I came to Fountain Park in the late 70's. Over the years, we worked together at the Exchange Building and finally at HHSC. Christal was always a very kind and helpful person. She touched many of those who worked alongside her. She will be greatly missed.
