It is needless to say Tom's greatness. I am fortunate that I could experience and witness it. When we established our plant in Mexico, he always brought his clients to the plant, proudly showing the facilities . I was always his chauffeur. On the way to the plan or during a plan tour, I enjoyed his explanation about our operation in Mexico and the city of Reynosa together with his customers. He was a great entertainer as well as a great executive of engineering. I always admired his knowledge and resourcefulness. I dreamed that one day I wanted to become a person like him. We lost a great asset, and it is irreplaceable. May he rest in peace.
