Juan M. Rodriguez, born on October 20, 1942, was called home on September 26, 2012. Juan was affectionately known as “Chivo”, “J.R.” and “Johnny Rod”.

Juan is preceded in death by his parents, Presiliano and Basilia Rodriguez; and his son, Christopher Rodriguez.

Juan is survived by his wife of 50 years, Rebecca Rodriguez; his children-Nabor Sr. (Tina), Juan Jr., Patricia, Henry (Crystal), and Maria Rodriguez; grandchildren- Angel, Jessica, Victoria, Elizabeth, Nabor Jr., Enrique and Nicholas; brother-Andres Rodriguez; sister-Tomasa Castillo from Greely, CO; and numerous family members whom he loved dearly and dearly loved him.

Serving as pallbearers will be Juan’s sons, grandson Nabor Jr., Gary Diaz and Rogelio Vasquez. Honorary pallbearers will be Gilbert Galvan and Jesse Molina.

“This I will remember when the rest of life is through; the finest thing I’ve ever done is simply loving you.”

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, September 28, 2012 at San Jose Catholic Church. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at San Jose Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
