Condolence: Mark was a very nice and honest person. I had the pleasure to work with him as he would come to my shop pretty often. I will miss him.

Condolence: Mark was always friendly, kind and resourceful, a thinker and a doer. He made a big impression on me at the Precinct 259 Democratic Precinct Convention in 1996 as a participant in an exceptionally deep and broad discussion of important issues with a handful of fellow Milwood activists. And in 2008, when we had more than 300 at the precinct convention and ran out of sign-in sheets, Mark saved everyone lots of trouble by quickly taking a blank sheet home and bringing back all the copies needed. Condolence: Mark and I were friends in junior high school and then high school in Victoria, Texas. I'm sorry to hear that he is gone. There have been too many from our class that preceded him.

Condolence: i was so saddened to hear of Mark's passing. He was such a wonderful person, always ready with a smile and kind word. I have great memories of him and the awesome work he did for the mountain biking community in Austin. Terry I am so sorry for your loss.

Condolence: When I saw the black ribbion on the mailbox, I thought Mark's mom had passed away. I looked closer and saw Mark's name on the ribbion. I know Mark as a kind and gentile man that was a great friend and caregiver to a number of dogs. I think highly of both Mark and Terry. Terry my thoughts and prayers are with you. Condolence: One of the nicest folks I ever got the chance to meet. He was one of the first mountainbikers I met when I moved to Austin back in the early 90's and I'm glad to have known him.

Condolence: I have sweet memories of Mark. He would come stay with my family occasionally when we were growing up. He was sweet and kind. He had a smile that was joyful. He fit right into the family activities and helped make them pleasant. I am thankful for him.
