How can I sum up in a few words how much Wylene Outlaw meant to me. I lived not far from her and her family when I was in Elgin. We had many great discussions over children, parenting and horses. I'll always hold dear what she said to me one day after a brief soulful conversation, "Oh Beth, I shoulda been your Mama...". In my heart she was. Even though we didn't always keep in touch, her & her family were always in my thoughts and still are. Donna, please email me if you see this.
