Condolence From: marilyn lamping
Condolence: I knew Eleanor for several years as a volunteer at Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic. She was a diligent "copier" and "checker." We had many pleasant conversations and discussions about our volunteer work. She was indeed a person who brought joy and pleasure to many others. It was a delight to have known her.

Condolence: What an honor to have known Eleanor and to have served as a volunteer with her at RFB&D and the Texas State Library. An incredible lady. She served over 4400+ hours at RFB&D; many hours of service at the Texas State Library as well. A legacy of service to be remembered and an inspiration for all who were fortunate enough to have known her. Always a pleasant, warm smile and a cheerful greeting. God bless her life and her memory.

Condolence: I have had the pleasure of working with and enjoying the company of Eleanor the last 12 years. She was always thinking of others and finding ways to be helpful even when she was needing some help. She was a remarkable woman who was thankful for the blessings she had never wanting to be a bother to others. She was determined to make a difference in others lives to the very end. I will miss her as she was such a pleasure to visit with.
