Condolence: Michael and I have worked together on and off over the years at Adobe. But beyond our work projects, both Michael and I had two other things that bound us together:

Condolence: When Michael joined our team at Adobe several years ago, he came in highly recommended by peers and managers from previous projects. Michael lived up to these expectations and exceeded them. A trusted employee, who contributed above and beyond his assigned work, Michael’s positive and can-do attitude and high level of energy inspired the rest of the team. Michael was a great engineer and a wonderful team player, who clearly enjoyed what he was doing. And whenever his family and his kids came up in conversation in some of our weekly one-on-one meetings, I could tell he was lighting up, even over the phone. Michael will be remembered for a long time here at Adobe. And he will be greatly missed. My condolences to the family for this great loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Condolence: I just returned from my one week personal time off. As I was catching up on my emails, I could not believe what I saw. Michael and I had email exchanged (listed below) this past Monday 4/16, when he had just returned from his personal time off and I starting mine. Michael knew there is job change for me at work and was thoughtfully asking if there was any news on my front.

Condolence: Countless Adobe employees are blessed to have worked and played with Michael over the years. We will truly miss him.

Condolence: When I started managing Scan Library in 2005 Michael immediately became the go to guy - he had this wonderful combination of ability and commitment that meant he could and would do anything the team needed. I was hoping we would work together again some day.

Condolence: Michael was one of the first people we met in Texas when we moved here last year and we connected with the O'Rourke family right away. Our family has enjoyed the times we spent with Michael, Michele, and the boys over the past year and we miss his smile (and food) so much. Our hearts and prayers go out to the his family to find peace and comfort.

Condolence: Michael, I will miss your uplifting spirit and never-ending energy. I have worked with many people over the years, but few could ever match your intensity and ability to just get things done. The days of the Capture team were by far the best I ever had at Adobe and you were a big part of that. Know that you touched many people at Adobe and that we are all better people because of you. We will all carry a piece of you in our hearts.

Condolence: I started working with Michael in 1991. Our teams were acquired by Adobe Systems and we became a team in Mountain View California in October of 1992.

Condolence: Michele, I am so array to hear the news of you beloved's passing. You were such an example to me of a couple who supports each other and works through you differences. Condolence: Such a loss. It was always a pleasure collaborating with Michael during the 15 years we worked together at Adobe. Michael's work ethic, positive attitude and general good cheer made him an exemplary co-worker and friend to many. May I be wise enough to carry forward some of that positive energy that I now realize Michael was generously gifting to us over the years.

Condolence: Michele- Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Reid and Daniel. Samantha has such fond memories of working on the DI project with both you and Michael. He was so fabulous with the kids and was always such a positive influence on them, letting them work thru their ideas.
