Post-heart transplant patient extraordinaire, loving husband, dedicated father, son, brother, uncle, and most of all faithful servant Dan, is in communion with our Lord Jesus, all the angels, and saints! He joins his grandfather and grandmother Walter "Swede" and Ola Mae"Jo" Clason. He also joins his niece, Kaitlyn Norinne Christoffel.

His wife, Priscilla Kay Christoffel, his daughters, Hannah and Shelby Ruiz, his mother Karen Sue Christoffel and his father, Roy Christoffel, his father, Louis Ripoll and his wife Pat Ripoll, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jesse and Corina Munoz, his brothers and sisters, Coy and Kerry Christoffel, Chris and Wren Ripoll, Justin and Missy Ripoll, Cathy and Robbie Bland, Tina and Scott Gates, Zoe and Jimmy Carbo, and twelve nieces and nephews. His uncle Jack and aunt Trish Clason and cousins Kirsten Clason, Susan and Bubba Adams.

Funeral Mass and Reception will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday August 4, 2012 at Emmaus Catholic Church, 1718 Lohman's Crossing, Lakeway, TX 78734.
