Condolence From: Carol and Dudley Fowler
Condolence: "Electric" Bill Penn was a hero for Dudley, though separated only two years by age. There was no one, family or friend, Dudley respected, loved and enjoyed more than Bill, who was always open to share information and help. Strong on loyalty to Clan Penn, Bill had a ready and generous smile, a true warmth and eyes that laughed with joy and pleasure. How fortunate are we all to have been touched and blessed to have had Bill in our lives. All love to the family and deep regrets that we are not in Austin to attend the memorial. Carol and Dudley, from Camden, ME.
