Condolence: My sincere condolences to the Rodriguez family. In the early 80's Robbie and his entire family visited Washington DC and I had the privilege of joining my best friend Robbie and his family as we toured the city and its beautiful sites. It was a glorious time for all. I commented to Robbie what a beautiful family and parents he had. I remember Mr. Rodriquez kindness and wisdom. I truly enjoyed my time getting to know him and his wonderful family. God Bless all of you and I know you all are incredibly wonderful people because of Mr. Rodriguez's contributions to your life. as husband, father and grandfather.

Condolence From: Anthony Ray Zapata
Condolence: Uncle Ted has always been near and dear to me. This man always amazed me because he knew the true formula of success, a quality few people really have. When I got the chance to bend his ear on an idea, and believe me, we could spar with the best. He always listened and analyzed what I was talking about. He gave me a lot of good advice that and we did share a lot of good ideas. He was the pentacle of both of our families Rodriguez and Zapata’s. When Tia Bea and Uncle Ted would come to Victoria, I always tried to meet with them at mom and dads just so that I could get what I could get that shot of encouragement. I could continue but I don't want to bore anyone. We love you and you will be sorely missed.

Condolence: Uncle Ted I will always remember your devotion to your family and our large extended family. You could always be counted on to be there for the good times as well as the sad times. I treasure the tamale parties, learning so much about making a great tamale and getting a family history lesson at the same time. I remember being at the Westerner and watching you and Aunt Bea glide across the dance floor. I always wished I could dance like that! You made it look so easy. Thank you for all you did for my family over the years. You truly had a life well lived. I am honored to call you Uncle. Love, Terry

Condolence From: Susan Bocanegra
Condolence: Uncle Ted was a great man and someone who I looked up to. Uncle Ted could be a talker for sure. The conversations between he and I were always about what I was doing at the time, my future and what I wanted to do with my life. You had to listen to him, because what he had to say was guidance and encouragement. Uncle Ted believed in education and always encouraged me to do the best that I could do, and when I finally did finish college, my Uncle Ted and Aunt Bea were there to celebrate with me. I love you Uncle Ted. Thank You for being a part of my life for so many years. Love, Susan
