Teodoro "Ted" Rodriguez, age 86 of Austin, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Robert "Bobby" Rodriguez; brother, Gumecindo Rodriguez.
Ted is survived by his wife of 61 years, Beatrice Rodriguez; daughter, Vera Filippini and husband Henry of New York; son, Andy Rodriguez and wife Marla of Carrollton, Texas; five grandchildren; brother, Joe Rodriguez; sisters, Susie Lewright, Teresa Hernandez, Genevieve Martinez, Mickey Aleman, Toni Bocanegra.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 5:00 pm on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Avenue. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30 pm on Monday, August 13, 2012 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
